It is also used to polish biofilter discharge air. The DBS is built to order and sized for airflows from 1,000 to 8,000 cfm. At the heart of the DBS is our dry-scrubbing media. The scrubber is designed for horizontal airflow and houses up to four vertical media stages for multiple gas challenges.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Provides Odor-Free Air:<\/strong> The Deep Bed Scrubber \r\ncontains up to four, 12-inch deep, vertical media beds. \r\nThis multi-bed design ensures extended contact time with \r\nodorous contaminants and the highest removal efficiency.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Low Maintenance:<\/strong> Each of the scrubber\u2019s vertical media \r\nbeds can be replaced independently on an as-needed \r\nbasis. This reduces maintenance time and saves in \r\nlong-term media costs. Media change out is simple and \r\nfast. The blower section and media bed are designed to \r\nbe easily accessible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Complete Gas Removal:<\/strong> GV systems are designed for 100% efficiency at any airflow. We offer a variety of dry-scrubbing media, each targeting a specific gas or gaseous contaminant group.
